KRUPS Coffee Machine Repair with No Power Issue

A friend gave me this machine to check out, but it had a no-power issue after being held in storage for an extended period.

Since the issue did not happen during operation, I knew that the only thing that can go bad with a machine while it just sits in storage are capacitors.
