Trying to fix some broken Dewalt battery drills

A friend of mine gave me these drills more than a year ago to check and see if I can possibly repair them and make a lithium based battery pack so that they can be used again.

In the video below, I opened up all of them, gave them a bit of a clean but I failed to repair them as they were different models, parts were not matching between and in I made the call that they were just not worth spending any more time on them.
